Filag Sovre began in 2014 with a simple observation: too many talented professionals were being left behind by the tech industry—not because they lacked potential, but because traditional education wasn't meeting them where they were.
Our founders, former engineers at regional tech companies, had seen firsthand how quickly the industry evolved and how slowly curricula adapted. They set out to build something different: an institution that teaches what employers actually need, when working professionals can actually attend.
What started as evening workshops in a rented co-working space has grown into one of Singapore's most respected career-focused IT programmes. We've stayed true to our original vision: practical skills taught by practitioners, accessible to anyone willing to put in the work.
